RETURNS

ALLIED Feather + Down has a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within 14 days following receipt of item at products@alliedfeather.net to start the return process. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at products@alliedfeather.net. We will sen you a return shipping label if it has not already been provided as well as any additional instructions. Items sent back without notice will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the packaging has been damaged in any way that may have caused damage to the product, please document the damage and contact us immediately. If you received the wrong item, please let us know so we can evaluate the issue and resolve quickly. 

EXCHANGES

If an exchange is desired, please contact us for a return of the original item and repurchase the intended one. We will try to accommodate holds on limited quantity items, but can not guarantee. 

REFUNDS

We will notify upon receipt of return and update on the status. Your refund will immediately be sent to the original method of payment upon approval. Please understand that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
